Estimates by Congressional District of Loss of Health Insurance Coverage Under AHCA

According to latest estimates, the American Health Care Act would result in the loss of health care coverage to nearly 1 million Pennsylvanians. Pennsylvania District 1 would see an estimated loss of more than 76,000 non-elderly insured. Pennsylvania District 7 would see and estimated loss of more than 41,000 non-elderly insured. Repeal of the Medicaid Expansion accounts for the majority of the estimated loss, but loss of employer-sponsored insurance coverage accounts for more than Medicaid for the elderly and exchange-purchased insurance combined.
